Hello Meadow Hills Estate Homeowners Association Members,

My name is Connie Brooks and I’m excited to announce my candidacy for a position on the MHE HOA Board of Directors. I’m looking forward to working harmoniously with other board members and volunteers to make Meadow Hills Estates a great place to live.

For those of you who don’t know me, I have lived in Meadow Hills Estates for 29 years.

The duties of the MHE HOA board members require that Board members enforce the covenants, plan and understand the annual budget, manage the association’s finances, deal with disputes, discuss and carry out ideas, and listen to the membership. The Board also hears appeals regarding enforcement actions.

My goals for the community are as follows:

1. Continue to work towards improving the appearance of the neighborhood and supporting the work of the Architectural Control Committee.

2. Complete updating of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions to conform to current law while protecting the original objectives of the Meadow Hills Estates.

3. Support collegial management of the homeowners association.

4. Serve the needs of the neighborhood for safety and attractiveness that preserves land values.

5. Continue adjusting policies to conform to changes in state and local laws.

It has been my pleasure to serve on the Board for the past three years and I would like to be elected for a second term
