At the annual HOA meeting in December the homeowners voted to allow detached garages in our neighborhood. To move forward the Board has requested that the ACC committee put together a set of specific guidelines and standards to be followed for location, structure, and design to approve any requests to add detached garages. This will provide consistency in approvals as well as guidance to maintain and enhance the value of the homes in the neighborhood.
