Greetings to All Meadow Hills Homeowners!

This announcement is to notify you of an Open Ballot Meeting that is going to be held at Jarrod Moore’s house at 3545 So. Elkhart St. on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at 9:00 AM. All homeowners are welcome, but only homeowners are asked to attend due to Covid 19. The Secretary will be opening the ballots with assistance from two homeowners chosen from those present. The votes will be counted in full view, and the winners will be announced immediately.

In the way of some background information, there are now only two vacancies on the current Board of Directors because the four vacancies previously created from the resignations of Board members this spring and summer were decreased to two when the number of directors on the Board was decreased from nine to seven by Resolution 10.

So, the candidates were nominated, the ballots were mailed out, and the returned, completed, mail-in ballots have now been returned by the deadline of August 10, 2020. Any ballots postmarked after Aug. 10 will unfortunately be automatically disqualified. But we will complete this election cycle on Saturday and see who our new Board Directors will be. Remember: All attendees must wear a mask!
