The Meadow Hills Estates HOA are once again planning for spring cleaning for all of our residents.

Back by popular demand is "Chipper Weekend". Your HOA has confirmed Baum Crew Tree Care, LLC a fully licensed and insured company to come through the neighborhood to pick up and chip branches 10" in diameter or less. Any branches bigger than a 10" diameter will not be taken. If you would like to arrange the services of Baum Crew Tree Care outside of the HOA sponsored limb pick up we would encourage you to contact them directly:

Dates for chipper weekend are May 18-19. Please have limbs at the end of your driveway near your mailbox by 9:00 am on May 18. They will not come onto your property to remove limbs - they have been instructed to only take limbs 10" or less that are piled near the street. If you need additional tree trimming or haul away services please contact them directly.

We will also be hosting dumpster weekend on May 31 and June 1. Two dumpsters will be delivered the morning of May 31 and then will be swapped out the morning of June 1. Dumpsters will be located at the following locations:

14721 E Kenyon Avenue
Between 3902 and 3912 S Elkhart Street

As always, prohibited items include:
Aerosol cans
All liquids
Animals
Antifreeze
Appliances with freon
Asbestos
Batteries
Computers
Fluorescent tubes
Lead-based painted debris
Microwaves
Monitors
Motor oil
Oil filters
Other flammable liquids
Paint (except dried latex paint cans, no liquids)
PCB/PCB-containing material
Propane tanks
Radioactive material
Solvents
Televisions
Tires

Please do not fill the dumpster above the top of the wall. Dumpster usage is for MHE residents in good standing with the HOA.

Dumpster "hosts" will monitor usage and we ask that you help keep things tidy around the dumpster when using.
