1. Webinar Practice Session

This year, due to COVID 19 restrictions, the HOA Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom Webinar. Many of you may have been using Zoom Meetings during the past several months. The Webinar format is slightly different but will still give members an opportunity to meet and discuss the accomplishments over the past year as well as glimpse into what is in store for us in 2021.
Since the Zoom Webinar format may be unfamiliar to you, the Board of Directors will be offering a practice session on December 3. You will all have a chance to practice asking questions and assure that you are comfortable with this new technology before the annual meeting. 2. Open Board Positions

The Meadow Hills Homeowners Association is currently accepting nominations to fill FOUR BOARD SEATS. Currently we have received two nominations. If you would consider volunteering for one of the open Board seats, please email the HOA Secretary @ [email protected].

3. Important Dates

Now through December 6 at noon submit nominations for open Board seats
December 3 join the Board for a practice session of the Zoom Webinar format
December 6 watch for your voting ballot to elect FOUR (4) new Board members. Voting will be open until December 10 at noon local time. After that, voting will be closed. If you cannot vote electronically, please contact Secretary Judi Warkentin to receive a paper ballot. We urge you to vote early and let Judi know if you have any trouble.
