Good Afternoon and greetings from your Board of Directors! We hope your summer is going well in spite of the challenges we are all facing in these times of uncertainty. The Board has faced some difficult times as well, and therefore has undergone a reorganization recently that has resulted in two vacant positions on the Board. Therefore, this announcement is in fact a letter to all homeowners asking for nominations to fill those two positions on the Board!
A nominee has to be in good standing with our community, and only one person can be nominated from each household. The two people elected in this way will only serve out this year, but they will be eligible to run again for next year if they so choose. Currently the Board is only meeting about once each month, and that might even decrease as the year progresses and the work load diminishes.
So, if you or someone you know is interested in being on the Board, please send in to the Secretary the name(s) nominating you or them for that position within seven days from the date of this email and website posting. After that, no more nominations will be accepted. Then, mail-in ballots will be sent out for voting to be returned within a specified period of time to complete the voting.
